Wichita Life Podcast #5
Jacob Wayman is an entrepreneur who grew up in the Wichita area. In addition to working at Cornejo and Sons and his own consulting group, Jacob helped start and run many of the staples of the Wichita entrepreneurial scene. To name some of these: Start Up Grind, e2e Business Accelerator, Launch Prep, 1 million cups, Connecting ICT, and Shift ICT. After moving away for a bit, he brought back an even stronger entrepreneurial passion for Wichita and it’s community. He sees where gaps need filled and then finds ways to fill them. We discuss many of the different communities he is involved with in Wichita and go over some of the details on how he gets so much done.
Oftentimes, if you go to a networking event at any of the above mentioned (or many others), you will run into Jacob. Or at the very least, you’ll run into someone that knows Jacob. First of all, he has his hands in a lot of different groups and truly cares about the Wichita community and wants to build it into something even greater than it is today.
