Today’s guest is Alex Harb. Alex came to Wichita from Lebanon in 2000 to attend WSU. Since then, Alex has gone on to start Ribbit Computers and Meddy’s, As the founder of Meddy’s, Alex continues to improve the concept of fast casual dining for Mediterrean food. Meddy’s continues to grow with new locations on the west side, Tulsa, and I’m sure soon to be nation wide. Alex is an incredibly nice guy and a great business man.
