Today’s guest is Max Sheets. Max is the founder of Chick N Max here in Wichita. After 30 years in the food industry ranging from scraping cheese off pizza pans at Pizza Hut in Newton to helping run Ted’s Montana Grill, Freddy’s, and more, Max was ready to start his own restaurant.
