Together with Music Theatre Wichita
Big hair, big music and an even bigger heart. Hairspray is taking over Century II August 19–23 as Music Theatre Wichita brings the Broadway favorite to the stage.
Set in 1962 Baltimore, the story follows Tracy Turnblad, a teenager with dreams of dancing on a local TV show. But her pursuit of the spotlight soon becomes something bigger as she challenges the status quo and fights for integration.
Music Theatre Wichita puts on some of the best shows you will see in the Midwest, or anywhere for that matter.
