Fat Miilk at KIMSON ASIAN MARKET

Review by Fert The Foodie

There is a company based out of Chicago called Fat Miilk that sells coffee beans that were grown in Vietnam, and they are doing a little pop-up at KIMSON ASIAN MARKET today. I stopped by over my lunch break to try their iced coffee, and it was seriously some delicious coffee. I like to get a cafe sua da when I dine at the local Vietnamese restaurants, and this was similar to that but tasted even better. KIMSON carries both the beans and the filter apparatus to do your own drip coffee at home, so check it out if you are a coffee drinker.

While I was there, I thought I might as well get some seafood for the final Friday of Lent. They are stocked with all kinds of live seafood and fresh fish, I ended up getting some live Manila Clams cooked in a black bean sauce. I enjoyed the flavor of the clams combined with the black bean sauce. You really can’t find clams any fresher in Kansas than at KIMSON, just one of many reasons why it’s my favorite market in Wichita.
