Doo-Dah Diner Pizza – Wichita, Kansas

Back in February, I was invited to Doo-Dah Diner to taste test their new pizzas before they started serving them to the public. There were several creative pizzas that are based off of some of their popular dishes like their green chili smothered breakfast burrito and their pork belly & grits, which were all great, but my favorite one of the night was the Double Stack Pizza.
Now that they are doing the pizzas for carryout in the evenings, I had to go get a Double Stack for dinner. I just love this pizza! The ingredients are high quality and delicious, the crust is amazing, and it has just the right amount of greasiness. It’s a hefty pizza too, I could only eat half of it. The top of the crust was a little burnt on one side, but I’ve found that the best tasting pizzas usually have blemishes and imperfections.
