Join us on August 2 for the group show “Tetra Zeros: A Multiracial Perspective Through Self-Portraits”
This show was developed and curated by Juanta Wolfe and will feature artworks from himself, Amy Baber, Brittany Stewart, Adrian Ornelas and Ayanna Saunders.
‘Tetra Zeros’ combines the Greek word ‘Tetra’ meaning “having four parts” with ‘Zeros,’ representing the emptiness/canvas that becomes filled with art.
4/0 mathematically is an undefined number representing how none of us can be defined by “normal” heritage or racial experience.
The featured works will be self-portraits created by each artist, representing their multiracial heritages and perspectives.
Join us for the First Friday opening of the show and again for the closing reception on September 13.
