Brews, Clues & Running Shoes

Girls on the Run Heart of Kansas will host the 5th Annual Brews, Clues & Running Shoes event on Saturday, April 13th, 2024. Brews, Clues, and Running Shoes is a twist on the Amazing Race! It’s part trivia and part challenges. Teams of 4 must solve clues to find checkpoints throughout Downtown Wichita & Delano. To move on, participants must perform challenges to earn the next clue. Teams will cover about 3-4 miles and finish in about 3 hours. This event is open to all 21+ and are welcome to run or walk and this event is not timed.
This event will raise funds to expand our life changing program to additional schools in the area, especially low-income schools.
BCRS will kick off with team check in and opening announcements, after which each team will be presented with their first challenge. Teams that complete all challenges within the allotted time frame of three hours will enjoy a fabulous afterparty where awards and prizes will be given.
