Yoga and Mimosas

Join us for a Sunday morning yoga session in a sea of plants led by Monika! You will leave this class feeling more in touch with your mind, body, and soul. Monika of HEAL will be leading youVinyasa is a style of yoga where you synchronize the movement with the breath. This flow will increase your heart rate and challenge your body in some way. Moving with the breath also brings meditative feel to our flow, grounding our sense of presence in the moment.
$20 Ticket includes 90 min yoga class and mimosa!
