The Riordan Roadmap to Intermittent Fasting

A Lunch & Lecture event will be held at noon on January 25 at the Riordan Clinic, 3100 N. Hillside in Wichita. Chief Medical Officer Dr. Ron Hunninghake will present “The Riordan Roadmap to Intermittent Fasting.” The presentation will explore how intermittent fasting can improve metabolic health and include a Q&A session. A complimentary lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. for all in-person attendees who register by January 18. Space is limited.
