Jody Jensen Shaffer Storytime

Watermark Books & Café will be hosting the award-winning poet and author Jody Jensen for her wonderful latest book Creep, Leap, Crunch! on Saturday, April 20th at 1 pm. Jody Jensen Shaffer is known more than 30 fiction and nonfiction for children most notably, Emergency Kittens! and Prudence the Part-Time Cow which was Missouri’s pick for the 2017 National Book Festival and a nominee for Missouri’s 2019-2020 Show Me Readers Award. She will be at Watermark to discuss her latest book Creep, Leap, Crunch! which helps illustrate to young people how the animal kingdom’s food chain takes shape, from the lowly worm to the mighty king of the jungle. Jody will be here to do a Storytime and a book signing after. We hope to see you there!
