Are you one of the 87 percent of Americans who are exhausted about how politically divided we are? Hate crimes are at an all-time high. Our society is becoming more divided than ever and this “us” versus “them” attitude makes it impossible to come together to solve issues to improve our lives, even when we all agree on what must be done. We cannot accept the myth that we are too divided to come together.
In this class, we’ll discuss letting go of bias and adopting a mindset of curiosity, overcoming the cycle of toxic polarization, repairing strained relationships, and how to move past groupthink to cross the divide.
This event is open to the public, and everyone is welcome.
The registration fee is $35 for Badass Women of Wichita Alliance members and $40 for nonmembers.
